Support DrawBridge In This Season of Giving

Since 1989, DrawBridge has provided free expressive arts programs for more than 40,000 Bay Area children. Thanks to supporters like you, 2024 has been an extraordinary year filled with creativity and collaborations that included:

  • Free art groups reaching thousands of children through partnerships with Marin County Free Libraries, Community Education Partnerships, the Albert J. Boro Community Center, and more
  • Empowering more than 400 young artists with DrawBridge Creativity Kits thanks to our partnership with Blick Art Materials
  • Celebrating DrawBridge youth artists with Drawn Together, a gallery exhibition hosted by local businesses, galleries, and festivals throughout the Bay Area, culminating in a family celebration at the Marin Art & Garden Center
  • Launching an expanded Community Artist Program, supported by the California Arts Council and the National Endowment for the Arts, that focuses on giving children the opportunity to collaborate with local artists from their community
  • Extending free access to the arts beyond the school year through Summer Art Adventures, where children explored the connections between art, nature, and community

Demand for DrawBridge services is growing, and your generosity directly funds these efforts. Please help us continue this vital work with your tax-deductible gift today.

WHAT WE DO

Since 1989, DrawBridge has provided free expressive arts programs to children at shelters, affordable housing facilities, and in communities across seven San Francisco Bay Area counties. Trained facilitators and volunteers promote a safe and supportive environment for each participant to explore playful creativity that is essential to healthy development. Our approach allows children to establish their own direction, pace of creation, and depth of self-exploration.
